This website is intended for wholesale and resale customers only. A valid resale certificate or business license may be required. Users must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of their business.
3. Products and Orders
We strive to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate; however, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to cancel or refuse any order placed under incorrect information. This includes cases where an item is out of stock, discontinued, mispriced or otherwise unavailable at the time of fulfillment. In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly, and any payment received for the canceled portion of the order will be refunded in full to the original payment method or receive a store credit. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be completed at checkout. Orders are processed upon confirmation of payment.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are prepared (processing time) within 1-3 business days, depending on size and availability. Shipments depend on the destination State. We ship primarily through UPS.
Pallet Shipments: Contact us before placing your order.
Shipping regions: United States and Puerto Rico only.
International orders: Contact us first for arrangements and applicable fees.
Shipping fees and handling: Paid by the customer at checkout.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
5. Refund Policy
At Babonsono Imports LLC, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following options:
Refunds: Request within 7 days of receiving the item. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Store Credit: Upon request, a credit may be issued equal to the value of the returned item.
Conditions:
- Item must be in its original, unused condition with packaging and accessories.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
6. Cancellation and Restocking Policy
We understand that changes may arise in your plans. However, due to the nature of our operations, cancellations and restocking of items will incur a fee:
Cancellation Fee: 10% of the order total.
Restocking Fee: 10% of the order total for items prepared for shipment.
These fees are deducted before refunding the remaining balance to the original payment method.
Important:
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order and before shipment.
Once the order has shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, product images, and design—is the property of Babonsono Imports LLC or its suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Babonsono Imports LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of this site or purchased products. Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
